Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Build Vertical for Solar Panel EPC Sales 100KW to 1000KW (C&I)
- Develop a network of Large EPC partners/Bidders in Tenders
- Drive Topline revenue, profitability, and market share of C&I division
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage with prospective C&I clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Understand clients' energy requirements and recommend customized solar solutions.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors.
- Analyze market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
- Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases to demonstrate the value of solar solutions to prospects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align proposed solutions with client needs.
What You Need for this Position:
- Preferred B-Tech Engineers/MBA Candidate
- B2B Sales Experience in Solar EPC Sales in Rooftop Solar Industry
- Great communication skills, fluent in both English and Hindi
- An attitude to get things done, with a willingness to work a minimum of 3 years
