What You'll Be Doing:

  • Finding Opportunities: You'll be a key player in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, referrals, and industry events.
  • Building Relationships: You'll engage with clients, understand their needs, and work to build long-lasting, trust-based relationships.
  • Creating Solutions: Work closely with prospects to identify their challenges and showcase how our products/services can be the solution they need.
  • Sales Process Support: From generating leads to closing deals, you'll play an integral role in all aspects of the sales process.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with our marketing and product teams to ensure we're offering the best solutions to our clients.
  • Driving Results: You'll track your progress using our CRM system, ensuring you're always on top of your opportunities and targets.
  • Learning and Growing: There will always be a chance to enhance your skills, learn from experienced mentors, and contribute to our broader sales strategy.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience: You have 6 months to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar field. Whether you're newer to the game or have been around the block, we're open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
  • Communication: You're a natural communicator, able to engage with clients and colleagues alike—both in writing and in person.
  • Goal-Oriented: You love hitting targets and thrive in an environment where success is driven by effort, creativity, and determination.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic Microsoft Office skills is a plus.
  • Adaptable: You're flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly. Whether you're working with a startup mentality or a more structured team, you're ready to jump in.
  • Team Player: While you're self-motivated, you also enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a positive team culture.
