Key Responsibility –

Delivering month or month growth in the sales revenue from existing and new sales channels by effectively leading our sales team


Job Description –

  • Monitor, Train and Lead our sales team for month on month sales growth of our portfolio of products & services
  • Constantly exploring and improving sales systems and processes for better conversion
  • Implementing technology and latest industry trends for improving sales
  • Continuous New product development
  • Collaborating with Social Media, Branding and Marketing team for integrated sales growth approach through different channels
  • Effective leads management across website, blogs and other different social media platforms
  • Developing understanding consumer psychology and buying behaviors for innovating sales approach
  • Effective sales and leads data analyzing to devise innovative and effective business growth strategies
  • Identifying new sales avenues through corporate sales and collaborations
  • Building Brand and nurturing community
  • Collaborating and developing mutually beneficial partnerships with other trainers, influencers and industry leaders


Skills & Education Requirements –

  • Graduation
  • Excellent English & Hindi communication both written and oral
  • 3-5 years of work experience in leadership role
  • 7-10 years of total professional sales and marketing experience
  • In-depth Understanding of online sales funnels, tele-calling sales and consumer buying behaviors of services
  • Leadership and effective communication ability
  • Passion for Sales growth
  • Ability to work with multiple teams
