An Advanced Excel certification is desirable, but not mandatory.
About the Role
We are seeking a Data-Driven HR & Admin Executive with strong expertise in MS Excel/Google Sheets to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage key HR and administrative tasks, focusing on data management, interdepartmental coordination, and streamlined HR operations. Your expertise in organising and analysing data will be crucial in supporting payroll, attendance tracking, employee records, and overall administrative efficiency.
Roles Responsibilities
- Manage and organize HR and administrative data using Excel/Google Sheets
- Handle payroll inputs and basic payroll processing
- Track employee records, attendance, leaves, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion
- Assist in scheduling and conducting screening interviews
- Support the onboarding and off-boarding process
- Generate and maintain reports for HR data analysis and operational needs

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively across teams
