Position: HR Intern

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: Unpaid

Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate + Letter of Recommendation (for top performers)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join us as HR Interns for a hands-on, learning-based internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical knowledge in end-to-end Human Resources functions, right from the comfort of your home.

You will work closely with our HR team to support ongoing tasks, engage in real projects, and build a solid foundation for a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
- Support in employee onboarding and documentation
- Help manage HR records and internal databases
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and surveys
- Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and reports
- Support in using HR tools like Zoho, Google Workspace, Excel
