Marketing Head.Location: Gurugram (Work from Office).Reporting To: Founder.Industry: Beauty & Wellness.Compensation: Open to discuss.About the Company:A fast-growing, digital-first personal care brand thats redefining how Indian women engage with self-care.Focused specifically on the hair care category, the brand blends the art and science of haircare to create high-performing, clean, and organic formulations meticulously crafted for Indian hair types and weather conditions.Their premium, design-led products celebrate individuality, confidence, and conscious living, helping every woman discover, embrace, and express her unique hair story.With a growing presence across both online and offline channels, the brand combines effective formulations, aesthetic packaging, and thoughtful storytelling to deliver a distinctive and joyful customer experience.About the Role:We are seeking a Marketing Lead who blends strategic thinking with creative execution, someone who has built and scaled brands from the ground up, yet also understands the rigor and processes of brand building.You will work closely with the Founder to define brand direction, lead marketing strategy across channels, and build a team that delivers measurable impact on awareness, engagement, and performance.Key Strategy & Campaigns:- Own and lead 360 brand and marketing campaigns from large-scale productions to fast-paced digital creatives across touchpoints.- Plan and execute brand, seasonal, cultural, and product launch campaigns aligned to key business goals.- These include mainline campaigns, digital campaigns, as well as influencer marketing and other media channels.Content Production and Organic Social:- Oversee in-house brand media and production teams, and manage relationships with agencies to deliver a steady stream of engaging, culturally relevant short-format and mid-production brand assets.- Grow Moxies presence across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms with bold, community-driven storytelling and content innovation.Product Marketing Strategy:- Craft a compelling, consumer-back value proposition and a clear, memorable, ownable payoff for each product.- Manage the product strategy life cycle right from new product development and assortment strategy to core marketing communication and advertising/campaign strategy.Digital Creative Strategy & Operations:- Run an agile, in-house performance creative setup, that produces high-converting through-funnel digital ads across formats and platforms with speed, consistency, and on-brand Collaboration:- Work closely with performance marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure creative alignment and brand coherence across every touchpoint.Mandatory Skills:- 7 to 10 years of experience in brand and marketing leadership.- Exposure to both established FMCG / beauty / personal care brands and high-growth D2C environments.- Deep understanding of consumer brand building, digital ecosystems, and omnichannel strategy.- Hands-on with both strategy and execution; entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative in equal measure.- Strong stakeholder management skills; able to partner effectively with founders and senior leadership.- Passion for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle, with a pulse on emerging consumer and cultural trends.Why Moxie:- Work directly with the Founding team to shape one of Indias most exciting beauty and wellness brands.- Drive impact and visibility in a fast-evolving, high-growth category.- Be part of a purpose-driven brand that values creativity, authenticity, and bold thinking.About WinnerBrands:At WinnerBrands, we are on a mission to create a community of the brightest marketing minds to deliver impactful, rewarding, and purposeful work by collaborating, contributing & co-learning with smart peers.Backed by Busybeebrands.com, a pioneering brand-building firm that has helped some of the most disruptive new-age brands in the country craft their brand and marketing strategy, we find opportunities with progressives startups and brands in the domain of marketing with multiple engagement models for our talent partners, freelance / part-time or full-time.
