What You'll Drive - Architect and execute integrated, measurable marketing strategies that accelerate demand generation, increase brand awareness, and deepen market engagement - Serve as a strategic business partner to Sales, Alliances, and Channel leaders, co-owning pipeline generation and aligning marketing priorities with business objectives - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to key personas and customer journey stages - Champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging market intelligence and performance analytics to continuously optimize marketing investments - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance within the India marketing team and as part of the JAPAC leadership community - Shape market positioning, segmentation, and messaging to differentiate Oracle in a competitive landscape - Actively represent Oracle India within the global marketing organization and with strategic external partners What You'll Bring Essential Leadership Attributes: - Strategic vision and systems thinking; ability to navigate ambiguity and lead transformational change. - Decisive problem-solving under uncertainty, with the agility to pivot and respond to shifting market dynamics. - Proven capability to inspire, develop, and empower high-performing, diverse teams. Technical Foundation / Business Acumen: - Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 20+ years of relevant experience with 10+ years in B2B marketing leadership roles, ideally in technology, cloud, or SaaS businesses. - Deep understanding of India's tech ecosystem and competitive cloud landscape. - Demonstrated track record in orchestrating both regional and local marketing strategies and executing digital and field marketing campaigns. Valued Differentiators: - Experience in account-based or partner marketing. - History of driving measurable business impact in matrixed, multinational environments. - Multilingual capabilities and experience interfacing with global teams.
