Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary distributions.
- Experience with employee onboarding systems to provide smooth transitions for new hires
- Comprehensive understanding of HR operations to support the organization's objectives effectively
- Familiarity of working on HRIS systems to manage the HR lifecycle with efficiency and accuracy enhancing workforce experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and supporting HR operations.
- Expertise in HRIS management to effectively administer and maintain HR software systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist on employee related queries across the employee life cycle.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring precise and timely execution of payroll cycles.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by coordinating with various departments for seamless integration of new employees.
- Support HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records and database management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance processes and develop strategies for improved operations.
- Administer HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity, system upgrades, and user training.
- Assist with compliance reporting and maintain an understanding of employment regulations and guidelines.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the hospital's objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR systems and processes meet organizational needs.
Employee Life Cycle Management
- Oversee all stages of the employee life cycle including onboarding, development, retention, and exit processes.
- Ensure consistent handling of employee life cycle events in adherence with policies and organizational values.
