Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Manage employee records, ensure data accuracy, and maintain HR databases.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely and accurate payroll distribution.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and assist in audits and reporting.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Local candidates preferred.
