Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a B2B-Business Development Manager at Codeblu which is an Enterprise Learning Platform from Eduonix Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and cultivating relationships with key clients.
Salary Range (CTC): 10 LPA to 15 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
2. Manage and motivate a team of software sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
8. Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities.
9. Conduct sales training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and Deep understanding of the software industry, including knowledge of software products, technologies, and market trends.
2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
4. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
5. Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.
9. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain successful client relationships
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
12. Ability to work independently and lead the team
13. Excellent organizational and time management skills
Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in Software sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
