As we continue to grow and set new benchmarks in the healthcare industry, we are actively seeking a Manager Office of Strategy Management to join our dynamic team.


Mission:

The mission of this position is to facilitate the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that strategic goals are clearly aligned with the overall business objectives, and effectively implemented to drive sustainable growth and performance improvements.



Deliverables:

  1. Strategic Project Management
  2. Functional Performance Management
  3. Communication and Stakeholder Management
  4. Document and Compliance Management




Responsibility :


Strategic Project Management:

1. Review strategic project goals and align business tasks towards meeting those objectives. Facilitate meetings/ sessions with key stakeholders to generate ideas for new strategic initiatives.

2. Review the status of all active projects against the strategic plan. Manage the action plans and allocate resources for approved strategic initiatives, detailing each step and its expected outcome.

3. Update project documentation, progress and plans discussed in the sessions.

4. Monitor ongoing strategic projects, checking in on progress against timelines and budget. Adjust project strategies based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.

5. Prepare for the strategy meetings by setting agendas and ensuring all necessary data and reports are ready.


Functional Performance Management:

1. Collect and consolidate performance data from various departments. Analyze data to identify trends, deviations, and areas requiring attention or immediate action.

2. Develop performance metrics and dashboards to provide a quick view of organizational performance against strategic goals.

3. Verify data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems. Coordinate with IT to address any discrepancies or issues in the MIS.

4. Meet with department heads to discuss findings and potential strategies for improvement. Compile and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management. Generate reports that summarize key strategic data for decision-makers.

5. Present findings to the executive team and engage in strategic discussions to improve outcomes. Document feedback and action items from meetings and schedule follow-up tasks.


Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

1. Draft communications as per the Communication strategy & plan for internal/ external stakeholders.

2. Conduct meetings with department leads to ensure strategic alignment and to gather department-specific insights.

3. Execute and refine communication strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement. Regularly assess the effectiveness of communication methods and make adjustments as needed.

4. Gather feedback from stakeholders to assess their satisfaction and engagement with the organization’s strategic direction.


Document and Compliance Management:

1. Regularly review and update strategic documents, MOUs, and policies to ensure they remain relevant and compliant. Ensure all documents are accessible to relevant parties and securely stored.

2. Ensure all required documentation and evidence are readily available for auditors to review.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience providing administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical ability, Data reporting, Data Analysis, Budgeting and Planning skills and Auditing, Reviewing skills, Resource Allocation.
  • Proficiency in oral & written communications. Exceptional leadership and management skills. Effective organizational skills.
