Strong knowledge ofITILprocesses and experience withITSM toolslikeServiceNoworManage Engine . Expertise inRoot Cause Analysis , trend analysis, and service improvement. Familiarity withSolarWinds ,Dynatrace ,Splunk , andCloud Watch . Strong communication and leadership skills.
