Job Overview:

The Regional Lead will be responsible for overseeing the distribution and sales of tangible products such as polymers within their designated region.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in team leadership, procurement, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will drive the profitability and growth of the region through effective PNL management and the development of strong business Develop and implement strategic plans for the distribution of polymers within the region.

Identify new business opportunities and create plans to capture market share in the polymer :

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams to increase market share.

Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring continuous professional development and growth for team members.

Manage:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional distribution and sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Monitor and manage the PnL for the region, taking proactive steps to address financial performance issues.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
