* Sales:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and market share targets
• Foster strong relationships with dealers and customers to drive sales growth
* Service:
• Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with dealers to implement process improvements and expand network
* Business Development:
• Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

* 5-8 years of experience in sales and service, preferably in the auto or EV industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
* MBA or equivalent preferred
