Basic Function:

Are you passionate about advancing scientific knowledge and innovation? We are seeking a proactive and engaging candidate to champion our Scientific products across diverse sectors including Institutes, academia, Industries, Pharma, Biopharma, CRO, and allied customers. As a key member of our team, you will not only promote our products but also provide invaluable product training and technical support to our valued customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation : Drive the growth of our Medispec Lab products by generating high-quality leads and fostering strong relationships with potential customers.

- Technical Mastery: Develop an advanced level of expertise in products from renowned Channel partners such as Agilent, Syngene, Nuaire, Nicoya, AES, GESIM, etc. Stay at the forefront of new assays and technologies, ensuring our customers have access to the latest advancements.

- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional phone and email support, assisting customers with data analysis software and addressing any technical inquiries or concerns they may have. Collaborate effectively with field-based application specialists from reagent and kit companies to deliver comprehensive solutions.

- Brand Representation: Showcase the excellence of Medispec at local and regional vendor shows by participating actively and delivering engaging seminars and presentations. Your contributions will help strengthen our brand presence and foster connections within the scientific community.

- Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily and/or weekly activities using our CRM system, including customer visits, lead generation efforts, sales demonstrations, and other field activities. Your insights will inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

- Education and Expertise: Hold an advanced Science degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. Your academic background will provide a solid foundation for success in this role.

- Communication Prowess: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong presentation abilities. Your ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively will be instrumental in engaging customers and driving sales.

- Technical Proficiency: Possess moderate knowledge of ELISA, PCR, Flow Cytometry, Electrophoresis, Imaging, Fluorescence, and Luminescence assays, acquired through hands-on experience in academic or industrial labs. Your proficiency in diagnosing instrumentation or application issues will ensure seamless customer experiences.

- Travel Flexibility: Be prepared for occasional travel as this position may require participation in industry events and customer engagements.
