About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Manager - Sales to join our team in India. This role is ideal for a sharp sales hunter with a proven track record of acquiring new business and significantly expanding key accounts. You will be instrumental in driving WINIT's growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing strategic deals within the Indian market.

What You'll Do:

- New Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new prospects, cultivate strong relationships, and successfully close new business deals to expand WINIT's market share.

- Target Ownership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Full Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from leading compelling pitches and crafting winning proposals to expertly negotiating commercial terms and finalizing contracts.

- Revenue Realization: Ensure timely revenue realization by meticulously following up on invoicing, managing collections, and tracking commercial milestones to bring in cash efficiently.

- Key Account Growth: Maintain close relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities for upselling additional modules, and secure timely renewals to maximize customer lifetime value.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our delivery and product teams to ensure that all commitments made to clients are delivered upon, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Strategic Reporting: Provide regular and insightful updates to leadership on sales pipeline status, market trends, competitive activities, and overall sales performance.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 8-12 years of progressive enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in SaaS or technology solutions.

- Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of successfully winning and expanding large accounts within the Indian market.

- Domain Knowledge: Exposure to the FMCG / CPG sectors is a significant advantage.

- Negotiation & Contract Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities coupled with practical experience in drafting compelling proposals and managing complex contracts.

- Travel: Comfort and willingness to undertake travel across India as required to meet business objectives.

- Communication: Clear and articulate communication skills, fluent in English and at least one additional Indian language.

- Education: A MASTERS degree is required.
