Position Summary:

The Team Lead Client Research will be responsible for managing the Client Research team, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting that directly supports AstaGurus strategic growth initiatives.

This leadership role requires advanced expertise in data analytics, strong research acumen, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and visually compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in data research and analytics, including at least 3 - 5 years of team leadership, along with hands-on proficiency in analytical tools and visualization platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Client Research team, driving collaboration and ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs.

- Conduct thorough research to gather and validate client-related and market data from multiple sources.

- Leverage databases, spreadsheets, and statistical software to organize, interpret, and analyze complex data sets.

- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity across all research processes.

- Translate analytical findings into clear, concise reports and visually engaging presentations for leadership.

- Present complex data in an understandable and business-relevant format.

- Streamline research processes and establish best practices for efficiency and scalability.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insights that guide data-driven Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in data research/analytics, with 35 years in a leadership or team management role.

- Proven expertise in data interpretation, reporting, and visualization.

- Strong knowledge of Excel, databases, and statistical software; exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools is preferred.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Solid understanding of research methodologies and validation techniques.

- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong judgment and discretion.

- Ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate across multiple functions.
