- We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised individual to join our team as Curated Experiences Specialist. This role blends creative vision with executional excellence-yourmission will be to conceptualise and deliver unique, intimate, out-of-the-box experiences for India's ultra high net-worth individuals, many of whom are avid art collectors and cultural tastemakers.

- This is not a traditional event management role. We're looking for someone with impeccable taste, cultural fluency, and the curiosity to uncover what's next-someone who understands the art of restraint, elegance, and creating moments that feel personal and rare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualise & Curate: Design 12-15 highly tailored and unique experiences annually (20-200 guests), each rooted in creativity, cultural relevance, and quiet luxury.

- Project Manage End-to-End: Lead all aspects of event execution-logistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, RSVPs-with zero drop-offs.

- Trendspotting & Research: Stay plugged into India's cultural scene-emerging chefs, boutique properties, art openings, craft revivalists, design collectives-and translate them into unforgettable experiences.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Strategy & Partnerships to align each experience with AstaGuru's brand and collector relationships.

- On-Ground Presence: Personally oversee execution of each event, ensuring every touchpoint is flawless and every guest feels seen and valued.

Who You Are

- 5+ years of experience in luxury events, hospitality, brand experiences, art & culture programming, or client engagement roles.

- Deep appreciation for art, design, fashion, food, architecture, and/or cultural trends.

- Hyper-organised, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure. Excel sheets and execution plans are your best friends.

- Extremely efficient, with the ability to move fluidly between creative ideation and operational precision with speed and accuracy.

- Strong taste and intuitive understanding of luxury-particularly the understated, quiet kind that UHNIs value.

- Strong control on vendor management - strong selection, price negotiations, timely payments and quality control.

- Willing to travel occasionally for events across India.

- Experience working with an art, luxury, or heritage brand

- Network of boutique vendors, cultural insiders, or experience curators

- Background in design, hospitality, or cultural programming
