Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior client relations executives in managing relationships with new and existing clients.

- Handle communication via calls, emails, and in-person touchpoints with professionalism and discretion.

- Coordinate with internal departments (cataloging, marketing, logistics, etc.) to address client needs promptly.

- Maintain accurate client records, follow-up schedules, and call logs using CRM tools and internal databases.

- Track client interaction data and support in identifying business development or upsell opportunities.

- Support outreach campaigns to boost engagement and contribute toward revenue targets.

- Help in organizing and executing client events and auction-related experiences (virtual or in-person).

- Stay updated with AstaGuru's auctions, products, and key industry trends to ensure informed communication.

- Maintain a high level of discretion while working with VIP or high-net-worth clients.

Key Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

- 1-2 years in client servicing, business development, or sales support.

- Experience in the luxury, art, auction, or high-end service industry preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

- Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage.

- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
