Job Title: Data Insights Leader - Market Intelligence

Role Summary:

The Team Lead, Client Research will be responsible for managing the Client Research team, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting that directly supports AstaGuru's strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Client Research team, driving collaboration and ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs.Conduct thorough research to gather and validate client-related and market data from multiple sources.Leverage databases, spreadsheets, and statistical software to organize, interpret, and analyze complex data sets.Ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity across all research processes.Translate analytical findings into clear, concise reports and visually engaging presentations for leadership.Presents complex data in an understandable and business-relevant format.Streamline research processes and establish best practices for efficiency and scalability.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insights that guide data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data research/analytics, with 3-5 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Proven expertise in data interpretation, reporting, and visualization.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, databases, and statistical software; exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of research methodologies and validation techniques.
