Job Purpose: This position is responsible for overseeing the development, production, and management of high-quality content across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of content strategy, exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to curate engaging and relevant content for target audiences. This incumbent will ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand voice, style, and objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Assist Content Head to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports the organization's goals, target audience, and brand identity.
2. Produce well-researched, compelling, and original content across various formats such as articles, blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and more. 
3. Producing long-form, short-form content for our students after discussion with faculty to complement already existing published content and also to provide additional study material for our students 
4. Identify, curate, and repurpose relevant content from external sources to supplement the organization's original content and provide value to the audience. 
5. Review and edit content produced by the team, ensuring accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. 
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting and distributing content effectively through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships. 
7. Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, using metrics and data to drive improvements and optimize content strategies. 
8. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content and timely publication. 
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and SEO, to align content initiatives with broader marketing objectives and maximize impact. 
10. Taking interviews with Industry and Academia Influencers and other leaders in the ecosystem 
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and curation, incorporating new ideas and techniques into the content strategy. 
12. Supervise and mentor a team of content creators and curators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.

Requirements- Skills & Competencies  

1. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an impeccable command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. 
2. Creative mind-set with the ability to generate original ideas and think outside the box. 
3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
4. Strong collaboration & communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders 
5. Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends. 
6. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and SEO tools 
7. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work culture. 
8. Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective content strategies. 

Requirements- Education & work experience 

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature, Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Education, Mass Media or a related field. 
2. Proven experience (12+ years) as a content creation and curation, preferably in a managerial role or similar role
