HiGreetings of the Day We have a critical opening with our client for the Lead Research Analyst role for Mumbai Coimbatore Experience 8 years - Hybrid Mode of Employment FulltimeLocation- MumbaiJob Role Is an integral part of a team of market researchers and data analysts within the market research field The role requires strong experience of market research techniques and the ability to handle all stages of the project life cycle from proposal to presentation Will be responsible to identify research objectives and provide actionable insights Key Responsibilities Identify Define research objectives and draft proposals Select appropriate research methodologies techniques audience Design quantitative research plans Liaise and finalise sample plan and partners Plan and take lead in managing and delivering research projects Communicate with clients Stakeholders to meet project objectives milestones Supply relevant input to support Data collection and Data Analysis Organize and supervise the fieldwork Data collection Interpreting data draft reports and making actionable recommendations Ensure research commitments and client stakeholder expectations are met Manage budget and research spend Build relationships with new and existing client base to encourage repeat purchase Requirements Skillsets Bachelor s or Postgraduates Degree 5-8 years of professional market research experience including project management research design execution and reporting Strong Quantitative technical research skills Qualitative experience is preferred through not mandatory Proficiency in analytical software SPSS Q Excellent presentation and communication skills Advanced knowledge and implementation of statistical techniques such as Monadic Conjoint and Max-Diff Experience working in at least one of the verticals Finance Automotive Telecom IT Healthcare Energy FMCG and Public sector Experience working with global research projects across North America Europe and Asia Able to work independently Effective troubleshooting skills -Able to proactively identify problems implement workable solutions Multi-tasker to manage multiple projects at any given time Demonstrated sound work ethic attention to detail Skills- Primary Research Quantitative Research Qualitative research SPSS About CIEL HR Ciel HR marks the return of HR visionaries to the HR Services industry powered by technology and analytics The Founders of Ma Foi the pioneer of the HR services sector in India along with some of the finest brains in the HR Services Industry have envisioned and built the firm CielHR to deliver the full range of Recruiting services from Executive Search Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Staffing Permanent as well as Temporary roles through its offices in India and the Middle East Website
