Senior Financial Strategist Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing high-net-worth relationships and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans for HNI/UHNI clients, ensuring their investment goals are met while minimizing risk.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to acquire new HNI/UHNI clients, increase AUM, and deepen existing client relationships.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating expertise in financial planning, portfolio management, and wealth strategy.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and stay up-to-date on industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and the team.
  • Maintain open communication with the product and research teams to ensure seamless execution of investment decisions.

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on high-net-worth relationship management and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving AUM growth, client retention, and team performance improvement.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, risk management strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
