Job Title:

Senior Financial Leadership Role

Job Description:

As a Senior Financial Leadership professional, you will be responsible for leading the financial closing processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across India and GCC operations. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness in statutory reporting, aligning with IND-AS and IFRS standards.

You will prepare consolidated financial statements for business units and geographies, manage internal and statutory audit processes from end-to-end, ensuring zero-qualification audits. You will also liaise with Big 4 auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance and clean audit reports.

In addition, you will design and enforce internal controls, mitigate financial risks, and implement corrective action frameworks. You will oversee direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA) and ensure timely compliance.

Furthermore, you will monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on organizational operations. You will handle transfer pricing audits and documentation related to international structuring.

You will also monitor and manage cash flows, optimize working capital cycles, and oversee treasury operations. You will develop liquidity planning models and investment strategies to maintain financial health.

Additionally, you will drive the adoption of automation tools like SAP, Tally Prime, Zoho Books to streamline processes. You will implement dashboards and workflow tools to enhance monthly reporting and variance analysis.

Lastly, you will partner with business heads to track P&L performance, identify revenue leakage, and optimize margins. You will support pricing decisions, business expansion, and provide financial insights for board-level discussions.
