As an HR Executive handling Recruitment & Operations, you’ll play a key role in identifying talent and creating systems that nurture future leaders. Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with internal teams to close open positions within timelines
Maintain candidate database and daily hiring reports
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms
Operations:
Handle onboarding formalities and employee documentation
Maintain and update employee records, leaves, and attendance
Support payroll coordination with accurate data collection
Organize internal events and engagement activities
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee queries
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Management preferred)
0–2 years of experience in HR (internships also considered)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with Google Workspace / MS Office
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
