The role demands strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth HR operations across stores, regional offices, and head office.Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Employee Lifecycle ManagementOversee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalitiesEnsure HRMS data accuracy and timely updates across employee records.2. Payroll & ComplianceCoordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with finance.Ensure compliance with labour laws Handle statutory audit documentation and reports.3. HR Operations & PoliciesImplement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements for efficiency.Maintain HR dashboards, attrition reports, and other MIS.Support manpower budgeting and HR audits.4. Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor attendance through biometric and HRMS systems.Manage leave, shift, and roster administration 5. Employee Engagement & Grievance HandlingSupport HRBP/HO in driving employee engagement initiatives.Act as first-level contact for grievance redressal and employee queries.
