Sales Development Manager
Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and inspiring Sales Development Manager to build and lead a high-performing team of sales agents.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our sales development agents from recruiting top talent and providing comprehensive training to motivating them to excel and coaching them to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities
- Agent Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process to identify, attract, and hire talented individuals to join our sales development team.
- Training & Onboarding: Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing agents, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, lead generation strategies, and effective communication.
- Team Motivation & Coaching: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and performance evaluations to foster continuous improvement.
- Business Generation Support: Work closely with agents to help them identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and successfully convert leads into sales.
- Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, forecast sales, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the overall sales strategy by providing insights from the field and implementing new initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure seamless lead handovers and alignment of sales efforts with broader company goals.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine sales development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- Sales Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and managing a team.
- Recruitment Acumen: Experience in recruiting and building sales teams.
- Training & Development: Strong ability to design and deliver impactful training sessions and provide effective one-on-one coaching.
- Motivation & Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of sales cycles and business development strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Results-Oriented: A strong drive to achieve and exceed targets, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
