Executive Assistant to Director with experience in M&A, financial planning, strategic planning.


Job Description:


- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Due Diligence- Assist in the M&A process, from initial target identification to final integration, ensuring each phase is thoroughly managed and documented.

- Participate in due diligence activities, evaluating potential acquisition targets and assessing financial, operational, and strategic compatibility.

- Prepare project reports and analysis to support acquisition decisions, including the assessment of risks, benefits, and overall fit with organizational goals.

- Data Analysis and Reporting- Collect, analyze, and present data (E.g. Europe frieght rates, inventory sheet, Material Movement, etc.) to support strategic decision-making, performance tracking, and operational improvements.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations. Such as internal (SAP) and external trade data.

- Research and Technology Innovation- Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to support the organization's growth initiatives.

- Summarize findings and provide strategic insights that assist the Director in identifying opportunities for expansion, innovation, and competitive positioning.

- Strategic Support, Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to support the organization's growth initiatives.

- Special Projects & Sales Support- Lead and contribute to special projects as assigned by the Director, taking ownership of planning, execution, and evaluation.

- Assist the Director in planning, executing, and monitoring special projects that align with the organization's strategic goals.

- Finding new vendors-getting a quote/Client/Customers/Auditors/Training Consultants/Courses/Etc.

- Manage CRM, Find contacts from LinkedIn, Cold Call if needed.

- Communication , Coordination, Task & Project Management- Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to support the organization's growth initiatives.

- Summarize findings and provide strategic insights that assist the Director in identifying opportunities for expansion, innovation, and competitive positioning.
