- Monitoring and analyzing BD performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Participating in industry events, conferences, and panel discussions. Excellent written and verbal communication skill

- Comprehensive understanding of business development processes in the financial services industry

- Superior skills in stakeholder management

- Proven expertise in E-mail marketing and conducting market research.

- Experience utilizing financial and CRM research databases such as Bloomberg, Pitchbook, Preqin etc.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Qualification: MBA in Finance/Marketing preferred.

Experience: 8+ years (2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services firm)
