We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architect to collaborate with project teams in creating high-quality designs for diverse facilities, with a focus on Life Science and Technology. This role involves assisting projects from the conceptual design phase through to construction administration, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Assist project teams in developing, modifying, and reviewing construction drawings and specifications for various facilities. Help create interior designs based on client vision and project requirements, utilizing industry-leading software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise to the 3D visualization team for conceptual and final architectural renderings, ensuring that all work adheres to commonly used concepts, practices, and codes within the architecture industry.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients, customers, and contractors to help generate new business opportunities and foster long-term growth.
  • Coordination: Work closely with multiple disciplines to create a cohesive and coordinated design package, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program is required.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience is necessary, preferably in Life Science, Technology, aerospace, military, and industrial facilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is mandatory, along with strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Skills: Must have the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, possess strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
