Essential Functions


Leadership & Strategy:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical recruiters to achieve recruitment goals and improve team performance.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs, aligning with the company’s objectives and growth plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and organizational goals.


Recruitment Management:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pipelines to identify and attract top technical candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment.


Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.


Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external agencies to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance our employer brand and attract talent.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies and regulations.
