Objective of the Role

A Facilitator is primarily responsible for:

- Facilitation of training programs and others as per the defined standards

- Customization of IO solutions according to client

- Project management

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and delight

Training need analysis, customization of solutions, business development, pre-sales support in terms of solutioning and closing business are an active part of this role.

Key elements of the role

Solution/Training Delivery:

- Facilitation of training/Consulting programs as per the plan

- Ensuring client satisfaction through meeting and exceeding quality standards of delivery

Project Management:

- Managing client projects effectively

- Conducting Project reviews

Product Development:

- Facilitate in the development and customization of Inspire One Products

Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain excellent Client Relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Challenges for the role

- Delivering solutions at multiple levels within organizations and customizing solutions for different industries.

- Flexible with work timings and being able to work under pressure

- Travel will be required

- Analytical ability to draw conclusions from facts and analyze a problem to understand root causes

- Collaborating with cross functional / locational teams to build bespoke solutions for the client

- Demonstrate high result orientation by meeting business targets and achieving results within deadlines

- Developing / guiding team members to utilize their full potential
