Senior Consultant - Talent Assessment

About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Consultant to join Talent Solutions Consulting team in India. In this role, you'll drive impactful HR consulting projects across leadership development, talent assessments, competency design, performance management, and total rewards. You'll engage directly with clients, manage project teams, and contribute to market leadership through insights, solutions, and thought leadership.

This is a people-focused, high-impact consulting role where you will partner with industry leaders and help organizations build future-ready talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver consulting projects in Talent Assessments, Leadership Development, and Performance Management

- Design and implement competency frameworks, development centres, and succession planning

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on organizational design, career pathing, and digital transformation

- Contribute to capability building, knowledge management, and internal content development

- Use data and tools to deliver insights through dashboards, HR analytics, and storytelling

- Drive revenue growth, support business development, and contribute to proposals and client pitches

What We're Looking For:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant consulting experience in Talent Solutions, Assessments, or Leadership Development

- Educational background in HR, Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, or Business Administration

- Certified in tools like Hogan, SHL, OPQ, MBTI, or similar (preferred)

- Strong command of psychometrics, validation techniques, job analysis

- Solid project management and client engagement experience

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (Power BI, R, VBA - added advantage)

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

- Comfortable with fast-paced environments, tight deadlines, and multitasking

- Willingness to travel as per project demands
