JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Pricing & Commercial Analyst

Location: Bangalore (Only for Bangalore)

Designation: Team Lead or Team Manager

Open Grades: B2 (8-10 years )Team Lead, and C1 (10 -12 yrs) Team Manager (High priority on C1 and B2 for August or September joining)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build and update various kinds of pricing models for new opportunities, scope extension, and renewals of existing contracts.

- Develop P&L and cash flow statements for deals by incorporating appropriate accounting, legal, and other relevant inputs.

- Support Commercial Leads in developing winning pricing strategy, selecting optimal pricing mechanisms, and constructing client business case models.

- Liaise, mobilize, and manage key stakeholders such as sales, solutions, transition, finance, legal, and delivery during proposals to obtain necessary information and solution agreement.

- Support Commercial Leads to obtain necessary and timely approvals to meet corporate guidelines and stringent timelines.

- Take ownership of the financial numbers and ensure the commercial approach and pricing strategy are aligned with the sales pitch, solution, and client requirements.

- Drive commercial discussions and meetings with convincing and accurate answers to queries raised by stakeholders and leadership through quick number crunching and Any Graduation is acceptable (MBA in Finance, M.Com, B.Com / BBM, CA, CFA 6+ years in Finance/Pricing roles.

- Hands-on experience in BPO / IT services pricing.

- Experience in pricing processes involving cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong financial modeling using multiple data sources.

- Performing competitive analysis for market positioning.

- Creating and presenting business cases via PowerPoint to senior management.

- Comfortable engaging with all organizational levels including Strong organizational and project management abilities.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

- Advanced Excel proficiency.

- High ownership and ability to work independently.

- Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
