In this role, the individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive

customer engagement, reactivate old leads, optimize lead conversion, and enhance the overall

consumer journey.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies with CRM led communications aimed at

reactivating old leads and encouraging them to consider upskilling with upGrad.

• Implement targeted engagement and communication plans to nurture old leads and

drive them through the conversion funnel.

• Design and optimize nurturing journeys tailored to different stages of the conversion

funnel to improve active lead conversion rates.

• Develop personalized communication strategies using marketing automation tools to

engage leads effectively and drive conversions.

• Lead efforts to analyze customer data, behavior, and insights to optimize nurturing

journeys and improve conversion rates.


Qualifications:

• MBA from a top B-School.

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier college or university.

• 5+ years of experience in retention marketing, consumer journey marketing, or a related

field within a consumer-focused industry (e.g., e-commerce, education technology,

subscription services).

• Strong knowledge and prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as

Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar tools.

• Proven success in developing and implementing effective lead nurturing strategies.
