JOBSUMMARY
ClusterHead will be managing a team of 10 Advisor Development andRetention Managers (ADRMs). The ADRMs will be assigned a team of 15to 30 existing advisors and will not be responsible for any newadvisorrecruitment.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Inputbehaviors with the assigned teamof ADRMs andAdvisors.
Drive cross sales and newsales from the assigned team of ADRMs andadvisors.
Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently
Maintain andimprove the Sales Quality Standards bymaintaining the Persistency standards.
Training andDevelopment of the team of ADRMs advisors for new productlaunches / revision in the existing policies.
Drive advisorattendance in Trainings andGOmeets.
Work withother functions / departments and work towards solving roadblocksfaced by team of ADRMs andadvisors.
