Now, as we step into our 10 → 100 growth journey, we’re looking for someone hungry to own finance, drive growth, and sit at the heart of decision-making.What You’ll Do: ● Develop and managecredit strategies for unsecured personal loans . ● Work ondigital underwriting processesand real-time decision engines to support faster, smarter credit decisions. ● Collaborate with product and data teams to strengthen risk assessment frameworks. ●Oversee key parts of the loan lifecycle , including disbursement, repayment, and collections. ● Monitorportfolio performanceand formulate risk mitigation measures.
