Translate business challenges into actionable digital strategies.You will lead and mentor a team of account managers and client-serving professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Define KPIs for the team and conduct regular performance reviews and growth planning.Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all digital campaigns and projects. Proactively manage project risks, client escalations, and resource bottlenecks. Maintain a strong pulse on campaign performance and client satisfaction.Manage client budgets and ensure profitability. Track financials, forecasts, and billing accuracy across client projects. Support the finance team in revenue planning and cash-flow projections.
