Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and lead the account growth process for client expansion.In this role, you will collaborate with strategy, creative, and performance teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions aligned with client goals. You will guide the strategic direction of client accounts, ensuring measurable business outcomes. Translate business challenges into actionable digital strategies.You will lead and mentor a team of account managers and client-serving professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Define KPIs for the team and conduct regular performance reviews and growth planning.Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all digital campaigns and projects. Proactively manage project risks, client escalations, and resource bottlenecks. Maintain a strong pulse on campaign performance and client satisfaction.Manage client budgets and ensure profitability. Track financials, forecasts, and billing accuracy across client projects. Support the finance team in revenue planning and cash-flow projections.
