Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building activities to improve website rankings on search engines.
- Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the fitness or e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, and WordPress.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various digital channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
