You'll work closely with the founding team, engineering, design, and marketing, ensuring that every feature we ship solves real problems and drives engagement. This role is high-ownership, high-impact - you'll define the way millions of users experience RentenPe. Roles & Responsibilities: - Product Strategy & Vision- Work with the Founder to define RentenPe's product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals. - Translate market research, user insights, user feedback, and fintech trends into actionable product strategy. - Disseminate product vision and requirements to the engineering team, to collaboratively build an actionable product roadmap - End-to-End Product Ownership - Own the full product lifecycle - from ideation and design to launch, iteration, and optimisation.- Prioritise features based on Founder interest, business impact, development feasibility, and user value. Ensure product decisions are data-driven, user-focused, and scalable. - Stakeholder & Business Alignment - Partner with leadership on business strategy, go-to-market plans, and KPIs. - Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders. - Use insights from user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to influence strategic decisions. - User Engagement & Growth - Drive high app engagement through innovative features, personalised experiences, and frictionless flows. - Capture user feedback across different touch points, participate in user testing and document / analyse results - Analyse user behaviour and metrics to continuously improve retention, conversion, and satisfaction. - Implement frameworks for product experimentation, testing, and optimisation. - Team Leadership & Collaboration - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. - Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver cohesive experiences. - Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous learning. Key Metrics / Success Indicators - Improved Customer Satisfaction (CSat) or Net Promoter Scores (NPS) - Growth in active users, engagement, and retention. - Improved feature adoption, conversion, and stickiness across app experiences. - Delivery of on-time, high-quality product launches that meet defined KPIs. - Successful scaling of product team and processes to support growth. - Positive impact on revenue, growth, and market positioning through product initiatives.
