Creative Content Writer LEAD school is an academic excellence system that delivers excellent curriculum via a simple technology-based delivery model. We partner with Affordable Private Schools (APSs) across the country and empower them with an innovative curriculum solution developed after years of research and analysis of successful school systems around the world. Our mission is to empower India by making excellent education, accessible and affordable to every child. The Creative Content Writer helps us achieve this mission by building engaging narratives and storyboard scripts for our audiovisual content. They will work closely with the subject matter experts and the production team. We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers in APSs. Responsibilities: Creating strong and engaging storyboard scripts in one or more subjects like Science, Math, Social Studies, and English Researching best practices and innovating new ways to enhance e-learning content in LEAD partner schools Working closely with subject matter experts and the production team for designing audiovisual content Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in developing creative content in the e-learning industry Graduate or Post Graduate in a relevant subject Strong conceptual understanding of K-12 content (Math, English, Science, Social Science) Excellent writing skills and ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner Strong visualization skills and can represent it using storyboards Understanding of instructional design methodologies a plus Skills and attributes: Honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate Growth mindset and ability to receive feedback on content with an open mind Strong problem solving and communication abilities; being organized and efficient Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things; keen to constantly innovate for our students Proven ability to meet deadlines in the high-paced work environment
