Common Responsibilities
- **Outbound Calls**: Contact potential customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
- **Inbound Calls**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- **Product/Service Information**: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update databases, often using CRM software.
- **Lead Conversion**: Follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- **Customer Support**: Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.

- **Communication**: Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- **Persuasion**: A confident and persuasive attitude to drive sales and conversions.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to foster relationships and build rapport with customers.

- **Computer Skills**: Basic computer knowledge for data entry and database management.
- **Active Listening**: Ability to listen attentively to understand customer requirements.
- **Time Management**: Multitasking skills to handle multiple calls efficiently.
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a telecaller, telemarketing, or customer service role is often preferred.
