We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Tele caller Executive** to join our e-commerce team. As a Tele caller Executive, you will play a key role in building customer relationships, resolving queries and driving sales through effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to incoming calls, resolve customer queries and provide detailed information about products.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products to boost sales.
- Convert leads into successful sales by explaining product features, benefits and offers.
- **Customer Support**:

- Assist customers with their orders, payment processes and return/exchange queries.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions and update customer databases.
- Track sales leads and provide regular reports on conversion rates and feedback.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:

- Collect customer feedback to improve services and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align on customer outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer or customer support representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
