**Role Description - Tele caller**

**Kochra Realty** is looking for full-time Tele callers who can Join us in our Mumbai office to add value to our business and enhance our customer service through their skills and experience. Tele callers are responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to the company's customers to follow up on leads, answer queries and provide excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**:
Prior experience (1-2 years) as a Telemarketer, Tele caller, or similar customer service role

Proven track record of successful telephonic interaction with customers and achieving targets

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to adapt to changing working hours or situations, flexible enough to work in rotational shifts

Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass / Graduate with fluency in English and Hindi languages

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Marathi (preferred)
