- **Making calls**:Tele callers make outbound calls to potential customers to present products or services, and to encourage them to buy or schedule appointments. They also make cold calls to existing clients to generate sales.
- **Managing calls**:Tele callers also manage incoming calls, resolving customer concerns and issues.
- **Building relationships**:Tele callers build rapport with potential clients and foster relationships with existing clients.
- **Documenting conversations**:Tele callers make reports and documentation based on their conversations with customers.
- **Analysing conversations**:Tele callers analyse and report their observations and analysis to their team lead.
- **Following guidelines**:Tele callers adhere to organisational guidelines and methodology.
- **Updating databases**:Tele callers acquire and retain contact information databases.

Tele callers should have excellent communication skills, typing skills, and problem-solving skills. They should also be patient, persistent, and persuasive.

Pay: ₹8,432.27 - ₹20,000.00 per month
