Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base by leveraging your expertise in our diverse range of services. You will work closely with clients to understand their technology needs, present tailored solutions, and build strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Solution Selling: Understand clients' business challenges and technology requirements. Provide expert guidance on our IT Services, IT Staffing, Application Management Services, Digital Transformation, DMS/SFA, and Display Solutions to deliver customized solutions that address their needs.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive and competitive offers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Support: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales, with a strong understanding of IT Services, IT Staffing, Application Management Services, Digital Transformation, DMS/SFA, and Display Solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex client challenges.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
