Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Identify potential accounts and contacts for lead generation based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline across all stages of the sales funnel, from initial outreach to successful closure.
  • Actively seek out new accounts and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Sales Process Execution:

  • Run a complete sales cycle independently, utilizing exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals that showcase a consultative approach to service delivery.
  • Conduct effective presentations and demos to potential clients, highlighting the value of our offerings.

Client Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client leaders and decision-makers.
  • Align services with client needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.

Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Engage key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers to foster relationships and close deals.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to develop and present tailored proposals and solutions that meet client requirements.

Market & Competitor Awareness:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to position offerings effectively.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the corporate/enterprise landscape to identify and act on new business opportunities.

Performance Management:

  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets that will be clearly defined at the beginning of the role.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality.
  • In-depth knowledge of the corporate/enterprise world and an understanding of how large enterprise clients operate.
  • A well-established network of prospects and contacts that fit the ICP, allowing for quick and efficient lead generation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage existing relationships and references for successful lead generation and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of technology sales methodologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
