Key Responsibilities:

  • ● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • ● Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • ● Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • ● Target Achievement: Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds individual and team sales goals.
  • ● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • ● Reporting: Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on team performance, market trends, and sales forecasts.
  • ● Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to improve the sales techniques and product knowledge of the team.
  • ● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • ● Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the team to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.


  • Qualifications:
  • ● Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the EdTech industry or a related field.
  • ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
