Sales Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at Monginis Foods Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leading and managing a team of store associates.
Job SummaryThe Sales Team Leader will be the face of our store, responsible for ensuring that all aspects of sales operations run smoothly. You will be required to create weekly schedules for staff and verify time sheets at the end of each week.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Management: Responsible for managing sales activities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of store associates to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is well-maintained, including inventory management, store cleanliness, and overall visual merchandising.
- Candidate Selection and Training: Participate in candidate selection and training programs to ensure that new hires have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications- Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi, with a working knowledge of local languages being an added advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the food industry.
