Our team of IT Engineers is dedicated to helping organizations maintain uptime and ensure business continuity through custom IT consulting services.
Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our revenue growth strategy, drive new market expansion, and build strategic partnerships. This role will have full P&L ownership, focusing on appointing, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing sales team while driving business growth through direct and channel sales.
- Own the overall P&L for the sales function, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
- Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market (GTM) strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Drive new customer acquisition, revenue expansion, and market penetration.
- Monitor sales KPIs and metrics, ensuring accountability and performance optimization.
- Drive enterprise sales, channel development, and key account management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine pricing, positioning, and competitive strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical and Pre-Sales) to maximize partnership success.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and alliances.
- At least 5+ years of experience preferably understanding and interest in Private/Public Cloud, Business Continuity Solutions, Cybersecurity and Managed Services.
- Proven track record in owning P&L, scaling sales teams, and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
